Returns and refund policy
Subject to Clause 9 of our terms and conditions, Easy Freight undertake to refund the value of cancelled bookings within 4 working days of cancellation.
In the case of a card transaction, a refund shall be made only to the card that was used to originally make the booking.
In the case of a bank transfer transaction, a refund will only be made to the bank account used to transfer funds to us.
Any refund shall be returned only in the currency in which it was received by us.
Currency accepted
We can accept payments in British Pound Sterling (GBP) from UK customers and in Euros (EUR) from our European customers.
